When you are working through the legal system, it is important to work with a lawyer who will give strong representation you need. I am attorney Charles P. Phelps, and I have over 20 years of experience representing clients throughout Chesterfield County and Central Virginia.
Prior to opening my own firm, I was in the U.S. Navy. I was honorably discharged from the U.S. Navy in 1985 and retired from the U.S. Navy in 1994. Since then, I have represented clients in the Central Virginia legal system. I am familiar with the local courts, the judges and the prosecuting attorneys.
